| Duties: | Be able to perform advanced trouble shooting skills as related to equipment breakdowns. Be able to provide support for entry-level service technicians in communications and hands-on training. |
| Qualifications: | High School diploma or GED; 1 year of college or tech. School: and 2 years experience is needed. Certifications: EPA refrigerant Level 1 & 2, RMGA Furnace Installation & Service Certifications, LP Gas Certification. |
